Im new here and need advice on a routine with dumbells and body weight.Dont have anything else yet.Any help very appreciated. thanks

I voted for advice too. I would also suggest you go to the FAQ section and look at routines.

For dumbells you can do almost any routine subbing dumbell exercises for barbell, look at HGM, or for books try the Homeworkout Bible, the Book of Muscle, or the Testosterone advantage plan (google them)
