Hello all new here looking to loose weight gain muscle, currently 6'6" 330 work a nigth shift as a truck driver, usually eat around 5/6 peanut butter sandwiches thru a 12 hour shift try to work out while loading doin standup push ups & no weight squats. except for my own body weigth have two dumbells 15# 20# olympic bar some various weight plates excersise bike do i need a swiss ball of so were do u get a good one and what would be a good bench for workouts.

I guess I'll be the first one to chime in... Let me start by saying welcome! Then a couple of things:

1. In the FAQ section read through the Workout Routines. There are a couple of bodyweight only routines in there, but even if you don't want to use those you'll be able to find many good programs in there to choose from.

2. In the Diet, Nutrition and Supplement section read the Adam's Diet thread. That will give you a good outline of what your diet should look like. Man can not live on peanut butter sandwiches alone [img]smile.gif[/img]
