Lefty, I am in Libertyville, not a Cubs fan, or a baseball fan in general. The teams I follow most are Bears and Fire.
BoM is the first strength program I follow. I have been lifting weight and running for about two years, during whihc period I went from 230 to 185. My goal is to get down to 175 and to get rid of the love handlers

Also I hope BoM will make me stronger for the indoor soccer games comes November.
JP fitness is the first fitness forum I registered, although I have been lurking at MH site for some time. It is good to see the guys following BoM resurface at this forum.
