I just had my body fat tested tonight at the gym and was pleasantly surprised. I was given a 9-point test and came back with 11% BF. Most of this is in my stomach though, since I have quite a big stomach still. Seems that I am lean in all my parts but there I guess. Is this an unusual result? I am 6'0", 230lbs. I was expecting to hear between 20-25%.
What can I do now to get rid of the fat in my stomach area? Already eat clean and workout 3-4 times a week.
Any advice/suggestions to these results or what I should do would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you tried in HIIT? Most people I know see good results out of this with minimal to no muscle loss.

I just started doing it again last night. I have been away from the gym for awhile since I just got married, went on my honeymoon, etc, so I am justing getting back into it now.
