FREE TELECONFERENCE from Applied Strength and Conditioning

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that we at www.appliedstrengthandconditio ning.com (Tony Reynolds, Lee Taft, and myself) are now letting anyone interested sign-up and participate in our live teleconference March 9th at 7 p.m. EST. We've had so many people request to join in on the call, we figured we may as well open it up to everyone.

Here's the link to sign-up (the link says March 8th but we changed the date after creating the link, so don't mix up the dates or you'll be on a very quiet phone call):

We've got a list of potential topics on the sign-up page, but we're certainly not limited to those. I dont suppose you will do a transcript of the calls? Would be interesting to read (not enough knowledge here yet to add value by joining in).

Please feel free to just listen in. No need to directly participate if you're uncomfortable with it. It should be fun. I'm looking forward to it. While I've participated in many of these, this is the first one I'm co-sponsoring.

I've never done one of these, but I presume its an actual phone call? For us guys from other countries its a bit costy unfortunately [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]. If its voice chat over the net on the other hand...
