Default a new start for me with beginning pics

Ok I have been in a rut for about 5 months now. I had stopped working out, and slacked greatly on all the diet improvements I had accomplished. I had lost 12 lbs over the summer and when school started I have now gained 10lbs back. I am very dissapointed in myself and am sick of it. No Excuses! I am determined to get my progress back! Full steam ahead!
To help motivate me I am posting my before pic where I was at 140lbs or so. To my current pics at about 125lbs. I am not at concerned with my weight as I am with losing fat and gaining muscle. Sorry the camera was unstable and the pics are a bit crooked.

Gotta agree with Jenn. You've made very good progress already.

Now that you know what you can do, it will be so much easier to keep on doing the right things.

Onward and upward, DF.

thanks guys! I really did great last summer, I know what I need to do to get back into it. Now thanks to some suggestions on other threads I have more power behind my efforts. I just have to get the screws tightened back down on the will power.

Ok I don't have a training log yet but I will work one up tomorrow. I have scheduled around my work days so I am doing:
Sunday-weights
Monday HIIT
Tuesday rest

Wed. weights
Thurs. HIIT
Friday rest
Saturday weights

I thought I would do upper body weights one day of the weekend and Lower body the other weekend day. Wednesday Full body weights...How does that sound? Joe thought I should do full body weights each weight day. Only problem is that I work some Saturdays (10hour days) so I wouldn't necessarily be able to maintain that.

Thank you so much for the support! I am fully motivated.
And thanks for the compliment on my suit, Cappy!

Good for you for getting back on the wagon.
You are showing progress already.

And remember, I not only motivate, I punish those who slack off.

it's kinda sad but I thought "well that's a cute two piece" too.

big gains already. with your man handy for help and advise you're really in a good environment to do whatever you want to do. remember that it's ok to miss a workout now and then, you're a big girl with big girl obligations. if you miss one just do it on your next scheduled workout day...no biggie.

Well, I guess that's true, gobbla, as long as you don't mind having your a$$ kicked by the IMLOD! Personally, I prefer to make sure I DON'T miss a workout for that very reason.

OMG the first day that I decided not to allow any fundging on my strive for healthy eating we had a birthday and an office meeting...I got a spinach salad with veggies and NO dressing, and then they brought out the BEST LOOKING HOMEMADE CHEESE CAKE I HAVE EVER SEEN complete with the cherry topping! That is my ultimate all time weakness! I didn't have any, even after everyone else went home and I was alone with it. I never even tasted it!

You're stronger person than me. Yesterdy was my sons birthday and he requested sundae's. You guessed it. I'm about to have to go workout ~1,000,000 extra calories that a good bannana split has in it.

Good work on having the will power. I didn't.
