TT for Women
I have a question on behalf of my wife regarding TT for women. She has been working out for about 1 1/2 years, and has a little bit of stubborn fat that she is trying to get rid of. We used Craig's nutrition recommendation to calculate cals, and because she only weighs 98 lbs., the cals only total 1,455. I realize this is low, and I was just wondering what is recommended. She would like to get rid of the last of her fat but still maintain or gain muscle. Thanks for the help.
