Default BOM or NRL after S2B or maybe back to HGM

So what do you guys think? I have a couple more S2B phases to work through and am reading New Rules right now. Once I get into mid march it will be time to drop the 1 or 2% BF I added during this gaining time. Which way should I turn, do you think? It has been a few years since I did HGM but I never did BOM and I might even go ahead with New Rules. What thoughts can you offer me? I know I can make any of them work so mostly just what has been your experience with them. Thanks and did I mention I miss this place?

You really can't go wrong. It probibly depends more on what you're interested in.

BOM and HGM are both longer term programs. NR can be long term or a filler.

You've already done HGM...if you really, really liked it why not. If it was just a notch on the plans completed belt then why not try something new?

Do NR, cause there are a lot of us on it at the mo and we can all suffer together!!!

I have just started New Rules, and have found that it has reawakened some of the muscles. And what I mean is that I have not been this sore for many a session. I have been doing the basic compounds for a couple of years now, so the variations and grouping of the exercises in NR has been a bit-of-a-shock to my muscles.

New Rules is what I am doing now. Any of the programs you mentioned are good, but JP is going to have a forum for New Rules moderated by Lou and Alwyn with a little assistance from me. You will be able to get the support right from the guys that wrote the book.
