This was taken by one of the roaming photographers at the party I went to at Athlete's Performance a couple of weeks ago. Mark was a great host. He may end up joining our forum soon too! More on that later.
And yes, I know I'm looking a little heavy there. Been under a lot of stress lately and my body has suffered.
Awesome, the HIT revolution! This might be the most offtopic post I have ever seen, but it could get interesting. Maybe JP will thank the diversion from the picture?
Mark is looking a tad heavy in the gut, too, but at least he had the sense to wear his shirt out. Or, maybe it's just the shirt bulging out. Actually, it's nice to see that even the best (that includes you, JP) have problems with weight from time to time. It makes it easier for us mortals to deal with our own vices.
My evil other self said that, should Mark ask.
I'm no JP, but I can't stress this point enough to people trying to lose some weight. Cold water has no calories, is delicious, and will actually burn calories bringing it up to body temp.

But at least they (and others here) have muscle underneath the fat. (That doesn't include me!)
Mahler, I'm sure it's just the shirt on Mark. He was actually really slim looking, and very athletically built. Wish I could say the same in my case. The biggest problem is that I packed those pants before trying them on. They were brought in to a size 30 last year because none of my clothes fit me after I lost that weight. I'm wearing a 32 at the moment, where its not as bad as it was before I dropped all that, it's still a little too big for the pants. I'm still not in optimal shape though. My shoulder, neck and hips are all out of whack, and it has me so depressed that my workouts just went to shit!

Anyone else snigger at that line!!!! What does the Mrs have to say about you having to pack out your pants?
Hey JP we shall have none of this feeling low on motivation we look to you as an omnipotent being that suffers none of the self doubts and concerns of us mere mortals!
Tsk pull yourself together man and get in that gym now!!!!

This reminds me: my back went out again last night. Second time since my car accident. It's WAY too sensitive. I should've claimed injury! I had no idea this would happen though.
