Default Lower body Help

Hi...My name is Michele I found this site somehow, I guess because I really don't know what to do anymore. I have been working out since I am 17 and now 21...still not the results I want. I am so dedicated. I am fixated on my legs, I want them to be lean, sculpted, and tight. I want my legs to look lean but defined like I work out. I have this piece on my leg that just won't get tight under my butt area. I do everything you can think of deadlifts, lunges, squats, reverse lunges. My problem is I don't know how many different exercises I should do for my legs, butt, and thighs a day. I am so frustrated. I feel like whenever I am do it's not enough. I am lost, maybe my genetics just won't allow me to get tight. I really need help with a routine of what to do, how many weights...so I don't bulk up because for some reason I do very easily. I really need help with my lower body...everyone says just give it up already
Please if you have any ideas get back to me
Thank you so much for your time
Michele

Disregard my post in another thread. This one is much more informative.

Given the whole story here is what I've got.

1. Get rid of the idea that you will get bulky. Testosterone and calories makes men bulky. As a woman I hope you do not have an over abundance of the stuff and watch your diet appropriately .
2. You've got some great exercises in their. Don't be afraid to put some weight behind it and continue to push youself.
3. Pick a routine off this site and work it faithfully. Cappy, TrainingGirl, Ruma, and Marykaa can proably give some ideas of ones that have worked well for them. Don't over train one are. Your gain in one area will be a loss in another.
4. Keep asking questions.

If you're not getting tight there, its probably a layer of fat in the way. The last bits can be a real bitch to move. Actually read your other post, get those weights up higher and reps lower. 18-20 reps might build endurance, but its not going to do a bunch for your figure.

21% is decent for a female (women need more fat than men) but its not enough to be perfect. Look in the workouts section for a cutting workout routine (my GF does Lean Sexy and Hard from www.ruggedmag.com which works for her, others here have done TT for fatloss, others will chime in I'm sure). Add some cardio work (sounds like you do Spin, maybe someone else can comment on that). In the end though, fatloss is about diet. Check the nutrition forums and read everything you can about it.

Hmmm..lets see...she's been working out for 4 years.. she does all the exercises you would want to do to address her "problem"...everybody tells her to "give it up already"..is that because she's looking fine to everyone else but not in her perception...so that's what I'm thinking so pics would be good. Not for any prurient interests. So cut me some slack.

I apologize. That's the problem with a board. All you read are the words. You get none of the meaning between them.

It's almost Friday.

Michelle whats your overall workout schedule look like?

Dont worry about getting bulky with the higher weights your calorie input will determine that if not eating excess calories you wont build but improve what you do have.

So an idea of diet and water consumption would help
