I need help with a workout routine for my lower body
I've been workin out since 17-now 21 not the results I want ANy advice?

Well, what are you doing now?
List your work out and diet and give us an idea of your weight, height and goals.

I want to stay lean but sculpted and tight...when I try that I get big. ANyway I do everything deadlifts 3 sets 18-20, squats same thing lunges, and reverse ones inner and outer thigh machine, leg lifts layin down and seated butt blaster, I do these though in the same days. ANything you can think of for the legs,butt,and thighs I do!

Tonight I am going to the gym, and I am taking Spinn, but it is also my legs day, and I just don't know how to make my legs look sick...U get me? or jus think im crazy?

Not at all I eat extremely healthy and do about 45-60min cardio a day

Maybe you're doing too much. Your body needs a chance to recover so it can adapt to the training. Do you take any time off?
