1 month till my florida trip...i need help!!!!!
my baseball team takes our annual trip to florida in a month, and even though im satisfied with the way i look now, i would like to take the most adavantage of the time i have before the trip. my goal is to add as much muscle possible on my arms, chest, shoulders, and back without adding any body fat. anyone have any ideas on sets/reps or just an already made routine? thanks for taking the time to read my post everyone.
