I just hit a PR in my Mop training. Did a 115lb mop for 4 reps and the floor looks sweet!

NL...what an awesome mop lift. I'm thinking of switching to a Rubbermaid mop for better stability and grip, any thoughts?

Deserve, I would be careful about the toxins that could leach into your skin with the plastic handle. You really should stick to a wood mop handle unless you wear gloves. On that note, I hit a PR on my trash can press last night. I'll post some pics later.

I'm not going to get into the whole glove debate or wood versus plastic. The bigger issue to me is cotton versus polyester on the "mop" end. I prefer all natural myself. I feel it holds more water and lets me get a better lift.

Congrats on the new PR. I'm hoping to get some of those into my workout by tommorow. I don't want to wait to long because they'll lose the weight after trash day.
