Thanks everyone. I was trying to get into the log thing here, but my problem is I NEED to have my training log on paper for review week to week so it would be double the work and Im pressed for time.

As for my stats...
5'9"
199.3lb this AM
Training for 4+ years now, and really started to focus in Oct 2004 when I built my home gym. I train 4 days a week using compound movements and a 2 days split. I eat about 500-1000+ cals over my normal required intake. I only drink beer on Fri/Sat. Never used steroids or growth hormone crap...

And, Let me say thanks to all of you. Your my motivation!

Newlife: Really solid stuff. Great to see. You've given me a boost of motivation, even if my goals are not necessarily heavy lifts or aesthetics. You've demonstrated what happens when one works consistently over time and abides by some solid, basic guidelines and practices.
