I had my appt. with this client yesterday and we decided that she will do cardio before I come and we'll spend the hour doing strengthing and stretching exercises. I'm looking for modified stretching because something as simple as the quad stretch was impossible for her because she could reach around for her foot. Any good sites with pictures for that?
Also she has a rebounder. What are people's thoughts on this?

If you are going to do a static stretch on her (which I probably would not do anyway, or if I did, for short durations like 2-3 seconds instead of holding for 30 secs) I would do assisted stretches with her.

What is a rebounder?

A rebounder is basically a mini trampoline.

I would STILL have her do cardio AFTER your strength session. She'll likely be too tired to get much out of the strength work (whoch will make the workout less effective). If she does teh cardio in a depleted state it can be more effective for fat loss.

Throw out the rebounder.
