I have a few questions regarding weight increments during my first HST cycle. Right now a few of my exercises that I have questions about include:

For 15's:
Pulldowns 55 60 65 70 75 80
Shoulder Presses 55 60 65 70 80
Bent-Over Dumbbell Rows 30 30 35 35 40 40
EZ Bar Curl 53 53 58 58 63 63
Tricept Extension 53 53 58 58 63 63

Does this look alright? For the Pulldowns and Shoulder Presses should I double up the weights like I do on the rows, curls, and extensions? Will starting from 55 and jumping to 60, then 60 to 65 and so on create enough "tear" in muscle to create mass gain?

For 10's:
Bent-Over Dumbbell Row 35 35 45 45 50 50
EZ Bar Curl 58 63 68 73 78 78
Tricept Extension 58 63 68 73 78 78

Do the weight increments look alright?

Also, I'm currently going up 5 lbs. on 15's, 10's, and 5's for squats. Would this be fine? Or would I be better off jumping by 10 lbs during some of the blocks?

Also, I do four sets of squats (I've based by routine off of Volley's from Men's Health Forum). During the second week I've dropped set 3 and 4, would I be wise to drop the second set as well?

Thanks for reading and the feedback.

I would probably increase your weight increments on the Squats and other compund lifts to 10 lbs (5 kg) per session otherwise you are having the same incremental increases on isolation moves as you are on compounds. Just ensure you work up to your rep maximum, so the first week of each 2 week split you feel comfortable like you could do a lot more but you are glad for that after each of the second weeks (it hurts!)
Also ensure you only do 2 sets maximum for each exercise.
I have just finished my HST cycle and have gone from 220 lbs to 227 lbs and really enjoyed the full body routines, just stuck now as what to do next!

You might wanna post your routine over at the (eek!) HST forum. Their are some guys over there with 15-20 cycles under their belt. Not saying people here aren't knowlegeable about HST, but you might wanna give it a shot for some additonal advice.
