Default phase 1 needed???

I am starting S2B and I'm tempted to skip to Phase 2 because I just can't figure out which exercises I'm supposed to do on pages 91-92. I went rhough the tests and I only have a couple "problem" areas and they are slight internal rotation (pencil test) and severe anterior pelvic tilt. Everything else checks out ok. Any suggestions or just go to Phase 2?

Most people found phase one to have some value. I'll let some people chime in but it wouldn't break my heart to skip it if you scored well on the assessment.

I agree with Deserve. I didn't find phase 1 very helpful. Unless you found some serious deficiencies in your assessment, I'd skip it.

I only had a "1" on the assessment and didn't need to do phase I at all. I did it, just to be consistent with the program. The directions and exercise choice for this section of the book are, to say the least, very confusing and should have been presented in a better manner. I would suggest a check sheet with exercises geared to each assessed problem area. Then, if you have an internal rotation problem, you check the exercise menu for that problem and move on to the next, etc. The book was fraught with little problems that we tried to resolve and unfortunately had to "call out" the authors to get answers. I regret that my threads for those answers are at this moment, lost in cyberspace.

Maybe we could try to make this sheet ourselves here on the board?
