Hi guys,
If I do a 2day split(lower and upper body) with trisets with 3x5 set/rep would that lead to overtraining if I do that twice a week?
example:
chest: 3 exercises 3x5
shoulders: 3 exercises 3x5
Back: 3 exercises 3x5
and something like that for the lower body..
so would it lead to overtraining?

Max lifts:
Squat: 195kg - 429lbs (training) ..seriously outdated..
Bench press: 135kg - 297lbs (training)
Deadlift: 190kg - 418lbs (training)
