Question

I'm in Phase 4 of the TAP (Testerone Advantage Plan) doing the workouts M,W,F and light cardio on Tues & Thurs.

Phase 4 is pretty much full-body workouts (Dead lifts, squats, etc.)

My question is that I know that those lifts do work the abs in some form, but would it be ok to aditionally do specific ab workouts on the Tues & Thurs cardio days?

Thanks!
