Hi guys,
I was wondering if olympic lifts were okay when trying to gain size. Or are they just for strength gains?

Check out the physiques of any olympic-style weightlifter.Primarily all the lifters under the heavyweight class carry quite a bit of lean muscle mass, especially on the posterior chain.
