Re: Workout routines
Cougar Strength
Dos' stuff at the College of the Canyons

[ QUOTE ]
Just wanted to add these to the threads as thought this is the greatest thread I have ever seen:
Lose Your Love Handles: diet and accompanying training schedule to maximise your weightloss over a 12 week period. Great for newbies and relative experienced users (not so much the extreme BB's tho) It is important to note tho those that follow these routines and stick to all the advice to the letter succeed, those that vary and make changes tend to not achieve:

Someone has hacked the rotator cuff site, why? who knows, apparently preventive exercise to your rotator is a cause for unrest in the Middle East. Ridiculous.
Anyone have an alternate site for it? Thanks.
