I don't see this program mentioned here:

EAS 52-week Strength and Conditioning Series
http://www.eas.com/training/52weekse...2weekintro.asp
A 10-part, one-year total-body strength and conditioning series -- with strength, hypertrophy and power phases (By Joseph A. Arangio, M.S., C.S.C.S.)

Anyone try Berardi's "Growth Surge Project?"

Growth Surge Project: Part 1

Growth Surge Project: Part 2

Growth Surge Project: Part 3

It's a little old (as is Massive Eating), yet somehow intriguing...

Cougar Strength
Dos' stuff at the College of the Canyons

Not sure why this was never included, but it has some good info, and sample workout schemes for athletic development.

Just wanted to add these to the threads as thought this is the greatest thread I have ever seen:

Lose Your Love Handles: diet and accompanying training schedule to maximise your weightloss over a 12 week period. Great for newbies and relative experienced users (not so much the extreme BB's tho) It is important to note tho those that follow these routines and stick to all the advice to the letter succeed, those that vary and make changes tend to not achieve:

Someone has hacked the rotator cuff site, why? who knows, apparently preventive exercise to your rotator is a cause for unrest in the Middle East. Ridiculous.

Anyone have an alternate site for it? Thanks.
