I started at 150lbs. and i'm now 182lbs. Seriously, i've never gained weight like this in my entire life. I'm 26 and my weight never went over 160lbs before.
I guess it pays off eating the right foods and lifting "heavy".
The only downside is...i now have a belly and lovehandles
Should i lower my fat intake? And do you guys eat 'raw' instead of 'peanut oil-roasted' cashew nuts?
