Im just about to start my bulkin aiming to put on 1 stone of muscle in 3 months after having been dropping the weight for the past 2 years

I will not use any form of supplementation, I have views on this but we dont need to go there, just wondered has anyone else bulked without supps on here or currently doing so????

Just after input from others on this one not a debate on supplements

S2B = Scrawny to Brawny, the book this forum is abou t . Available from all good bookstores (ok, I just made that up). Found it at amazon though, presumably its out there in bricks and mortar stores as well.

Actually I'm not sure if its relevant for former big guys who have lost and now want to bulk, or if its just for those who've always struggled to put weight on. People who've read it?

I ended up the year with 7 lbs of lean muscle mass. I probably could have had better results had I followed the diet better but overall I'm happy with 7 lbs for the year.
