Unhappy

Hello all! im planning to jump into this program next month and im shopping for gym equipment because the nearest gym is like 20miles away.

What do you guys think of this

I think i'll be able to do most of the workouts using this [img]tongue.gif[/img] (except the ones done in a Romanian chair )

You can get a bench and squat rack from Dick's for about $200.00. There is also one with a cable attachment. I think it will fit your needs well.

Yeah i would go with a power rack and bench, plus a good set of plates.

Fitso,
For Roman chair exercises I usually set the pins of a power rack at bench height and put on a loaded barbell. I then turn the bench sideways and do the exercises accross the bench with my feet hooked on or under the barbell. I hope that makes sense.
