I have been on the S2B program for 10 days. Around 4 or 5 in the afternoons, I am getting headaches (not splitting, but uncomfortable). Anyone else experience this?
people have asked about exercise-induced headaches in the past, but i don't remember what was said. do a search for "headaches" for the entire site and see what comes up.
Do you workout in the AM or PM, have a stiff neck or tense upper back. poor posture at work? just throwing a few things out there. sorry i couldn't be of more assistance.
Part of it could be the diet. If you are eating carbs only in the morning, your body might be craving them later in the day and this may manifest itself in headaches. If your diet is radically different now than it was before the program, it may just be your body's way of saying "what the fuck?". It should go away soon, but if it doesn't, it may be something else.

Thanks for the helpful tips so far! I have a sedentary job-staring at a computer screen. I usually forego the 'lunch hour', opting to eat at my desk; I'll try taking breaks through the day away from the screen. My SO had headaches in her 1st week of training but they have dissipated since.
HR - Luckily I have no tenseness or strain (although my sitting posture could use some tweaking!)
BU - I work out in the am, so I agree that my body craves those carbs later (robot voice: BODY MUST ADAPT...BODY WILL ADAPT...)
LD - Yes, I have. I was a one-a-day'er for many years. Now I'll have 1 espresso every few days and regular coffee on weekends (before HIIT.) Hmmm..
I used to drink about 8 cups a day, and then I stopped cold turkey. I thought I was going to die for about 2 weeks. My head was pounding, my stomach was queezy, and I was tired all the time. I now know what it must be like to quit heroin. I got through it, and now only have 1 cup in the morning.
