hey guys..im in week 3 of phase 2 and i have only one problem so far.

my incline bench press numbers have not moved. and they are not even decent. Ive ben doing 85 lbs each week its still as tough as the week before..

ne ideas of wat i should do?

Waterbury taught that weight was not the only variable you could influence each set to lead to better gains.

Try adding an additional rep until you get to a point that you feel that weight can move up.

Maybe somebody else has a different idea but that is what I've done in the past.

You could shorten the rest periods too.

i havent gained a lot of weight...probably somewhere between 2.5 and 5 lbs since i started. but today i lifted...felt a little better than the other day and did one set of 85, one or 90, and 3 of 95..i think i got off the plateau..thanks guys..

now im off to play soccer...fun stuff..

check this out guys..i got bored today so i made up a page for my log of Scrawny to Brawny...its pretty neat and im gonne keep it updated...

Just now got to check it out. Nice work. You post the log in here or put it in the dedicated section.

Is there cardio in the first phase? I noticed that you didn't appear to be doing any.

i did cardio and stuff..but i didnt write any of it down...and i dont remember it...it was basically HIIT for 5 minutes or so...and on a few of the days i did the mile...thats cuz by august 11 i need to do a 9 minute mile...no problem tho...we did it at a jog today at running practice and i had like 8:30...so im good...
