Question

What do you guys think. Once I'm done with the program would I be able to do it again just eat more? I mean the results so far have kicked all my other program's ass'. This book kicks some major ass so would I be able to repeat it just with eating more?

You'd just start it all over with your new stats. You're probibly adjusting your food intake as you go right now aren't you?

I'm with gobbla. There's no reason why you can't just start over (after a week off) but with higher cals.

CtA: doesn't the book recommend you take a full week off and then move on to something else?

I dont think it says anything about moving on but I could be wrong because I'm not positive. I thought the Book Of Muscle was the program that mentioned taking a week off and doing a different program or the Intermediate.

How the heck did you finish it? As far as I know the book only came out March/April.

I'm far from finishing it chance. I just took a week off to get my schedule back in order, I'll be starting Phase III again on Monday. (6/27/05) I was asking if I could go at it again because the gains I have gotten have been amazing.

Oh , I see. Im in Phase III now, I really like it- finally start to lift some heavy weights. Its hard to get used to taking the time off but its worth it. I've had some decent gains, maybe I will post pics.
