I couldn't get to the link unless I took out the last question mark.

BTW I like how we have well-respected professionals here everyday.

Yes, well I wouldn't go so far as to call myself "well-respected", but... oh, wait, you mean Bill, Alwyn, JP, Adam, Lou, Chad, John, Danny, etc., don't you?

My bad, dos!

That's why I put the 'etc.'... I knew as soon as I started listing that I was asking for trouble! Just goes to show how many great pros we have here!

You also forgot Lou Schuler, Brian Grasso, and Craig Ballyntine. Oh, and don't confuse me with these guys. I'm not even in their league. I'm just the humble host, and that's good enough for me.

Ok, I didn't mean to insult the integrity of this forum and all of our great professionals.

I don't know much about Staley. I just thought I'd mention it to anybody who might be interested. For all I know he could have been an expert in some unique field that most people don't know about.

I promise I will never again cede this forum's power to another nation, country or institution. I will not allow for the outsourcing of fitness professionals' advice. And I will find and kill the terrorists!

Don't take that the wrong way--I was REALLY just joking. I like Charles a lot and have had him write for me on many occasions.

And he knows a hell of a lot more than I do (or ever will).

I just get a little tired of EDT since it doesn't change. I like the concept, but ultimately, it's only one way to train. Charles is a very smart guy, who has a lot of great information to dispense, so I'd highly recommend him as a great source for your questions!!!
