Thumbs up

So I started BoM beginner phase 2 this morning. Workout A is lower body, and primarily single-leg exercises, like king deads, single-leg squats, lunges with the back foot on a step, etc, plus some new ab exercises thrown in.

THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE DAMN CIRCUIT TRAINING IN PHASE 1!! The high-rep/low-weight circuits were so boring! I hated getting up in the morning to go work out, 'cause I felt like I wasn't accomplishing anything. As soon as I started to feel the burn, oops, sorry, time to go to a completely different exercise! Now that the workouts are more focused, I really feel like I'm making some progress. Working out is FUN again!

Also, the single-leg exercises are EXACTLY what I need right now. My left leg is significantly weaker than my right, so focusing on it exclusively means my strong leg can't do all the work.

I think, starting this week, I'm finally going to be making all my workouts for the week
