Im curious as to how some of you guys are scheduling your workouts around your selected sports? The reason I ask is because I train in a martial art 2-3 times per week, and hit the gym 3-4 times per week, and after a 40 hour work week to boot, I feel exhausted.

Ive taken a complete week off between routine changes and feel back up to par, but I would love to know how everyone else is balancing gym routines and athletics into the same schedule, are you feeling burned out, and how are you dealing with this?

My gym sessions are about 45 minutes long, with my aim being lean muscle/fat loss. My martial arts sessions are intense at the moment.

Heres what my week looks like...
Monday- (Work 7am-3pm)-(GYM)-Home by 5pm
(occasional monday night kendo-class, very mild)
Tuesday-(Work 7am-3pm)-(GYM)-Home by 5pm
Wednesday-(Work 7am-3pm)-(Kendo 2 hours evening)
Thursday-(Work 7am-3pm)-(GYM)-Home by 5pm
Friday-(Work 7-3pm)-(GYM)- Home by 5pm
Saturday- Day off
Sunday-Kendo 1.5 hours
