I would like to find some good excersize and weightlifting charts that I can print off.If anyone could help me out I would be very grateful.
I used to workout 5-7 days a week, bc bm, (before children and marriage. I have gained some weight and I am trying to getting back into a good workout routine.The gym is out until I get in better shape.

What do you mean by charts? If you are looking for a workout routine go into the FAQ forum and there is a post with a ton of workout links in it that will have something that will fit your schedule.
