If youve done the first phase of HomeGrown then youve done a routine like meltdown, I actually think Mike's setup is harder. My mom has been doing this and has followed her diet very well so she saw great bodycomp changes. Even though she weighs the same she fits into size 10 from 14-16.
Now she doesnt care too much about strength but her strength has gone up during this program.
