I sure spend alot of time reading the numerous threads here.. [img]redface.gif[/img] Just a quick question regarding a few trends in opinion ive noticed.
I realise the importance of a routine change out of necessity every 6-8 weeks or so, and this makes complete sense to me. My question (cause i think to much) is... what would happen if you targeted the same muscles but constantly switched the exercises and load (sets reps etc)every session?
Im not actually considering this, but with my new interest in the human body, im very very curious as to how the muscles would respond.
