Ive been doing this workout out for my legs lately and wanted to see if i was missing anything

squat 1x10 warmup w/45lb bar
5x5

Hack Squat 1x10 warmup 90lb
5x5

v-squat 1x10 warmup 90lb
5x5
Deadlifts 1x10 warmup 45lb bar
5x5

seated calf raise
4x8

Seated Leg Curl
4x8

am i overtraining or is this good

IMO, here's a couple thoughts/ideas:

-honestly, i'd go with one kind of squat for my main workload. maybe another type with light weight as supplementary work, but i'm not sure about this.

-i'd also seperate the deadlifts and the squats. these are 2 major compound movements and whatever one you do second will be "robbed."

-i find that my calves are worked enough with the squats and deads, so i personally dont do any direct calf work.

-i dont do leg curls for a couple reasons: 1)my weight bench says it can only hold up to 50 lbs on the leg curl, even tho i know it can hold more and 2) i never liked the isolation work it did. i didn't find it doing me much good and i prefer compound lifts.

Give us the rest of your program, and we'll be able to help you better. Maybe move a few things around if you're up for that. At first look though, you might be overtraining. Especially if that is being done more than once a week. Post your entire program.

i only do this twice a week im waiting for the book scrawny to brawny to start that program so i just been doing these for like 3 weeks in the mean time my upper body consist of dips,push ups, bench press i alternate between db & bb chin-ups and military press

i do arms mon/thur and legs tue/fri my diet is really clean i been following tap's eating program and i want to bulk up and tap doesnt really seem like a bulking program so since the book just got released i like its program so im starting that
