Hey guys 23 old college student about 225. I am a former college football player. Now I am used to doing the heavy weight lifting plans. I am looking for workouts to get me more cut up instean of bigger. I wouldnt mind doing alil of both. But Can someone help me out with a workout to get cut up.

Getting "cut up" is more about diet and cardio then your lifting program. If you alredy have muuscle, then you need to start a cutting phase. The basics of cutting is being at a calorie deficit and increasing your cardio. Do a search for more info.

well like what kind of different lifts should I do. Less weight more reps? or what?

Diet wise what changes should I make to get more cut. More protein or less theb trying to build muscle and gain weight?

I am saying that you can keep your lifting program the same. All that need to change is your diet and amount of cardio.
