This is a gem about training frequency and what is appropriate at what stages.

I would really encourage people to read all of Kelly's other stuff too, its great and he is super smart.

Good read.

Danny: Is that all of Kelly's stuff there, or does he have stuff elsewhere as well?

I think thats about all of Kelly's stuff. I know he used to post a lot on T-Mag and still posts a bit at Rugged Mag and has some awesome posts at both places on a variety of topics.

Oh yeah, Kelly is gold, he's very smart and makes the hardest topics seem easy by putting them smartly into layman's terms. Great guy...full of wonderful info, I'd be sure to check into all his stuff for those that haven't!
