Hi guys!
I plan to use TAP as my cutting diet and just wanted to know if anyone here actually gained muscle from this diet?

Thanks
Ash

Cutting=Reduce weight, which in turn would "ALMOST" prevent any additional mass growth.

You can't ask if anyone has gained muscle from this diet...it's a eating plan and workout combined, and if you eat below your required calories, you can't gain mass. People have gained good solid mass on TAP, but they also were eating the right amounts of food to do so. I take it you have not read the book yet? it is very well explained and even shows you the numbers to find out what your required cals are and you adjust from that point. If cutting is your primary goal, I think there are better workouts designed for that.

TAP has a workout designed by Mike Mejia. I was on TAP during December 2004/Jan 2005 and found it to be a good workout. I don't think you'll gain any muscle because your cutting. However, you will become more deinfed because you'll have less fat to obscure your muscle (if you do the eating/workouts right).

Lou Schuler, one of the coauthors of TAP, posts here frequently. He would be a great resource for TAP related questions.

Well, I am currently going bulking, and I really put around my gut area. So i feel that I need to drop it all, but since that is in 6 weeks away, I have time to bulk up a bit more.
