Hey all, I havn't been here in awhile good to be back. Here's the deal my G/F has been saying she wants to get fit, and she wants my help, so the first thing I said was to get on a good diet and start running. Anyway I'm gonna start running with her tomorrow. My questions to you guys are what can I tell her to do so I can get her in the best possible shape she can be in, It's pretty awesome she is giving me the chance with this, I just want to make it work, Come on guys what workouts and what kind of diet? thanks for all the info later on guys
