I'm trying to find any publication that highlights various exercises for each individual muscle (ie: x muscle = such and such exercise).
I've found that I have a few muscles that remain weak, despite good growth of surrounding muscles. As a result I'd like to be able to target those which seem to lag during training (notably my stabiliser muscles and some back muscles), but would prefer established workouts and postures.
There are mountains of mags, books, websites to sift through, so any guidance would be sheer relief.
