Can I do lightweight/high rep forearm work (ie: wrist curls & reverse wrist curls) every day? I am rehabbing a shoulder injury, and direct forearm work doesn't bother the injury. It is one of the few upper body exercises that I can perform. I have never really done direct forearm training, and I normally wouldn't be a proponent for it. But since I have an injury - I was thinking this would be a good time to work on them (as well as my legs). Is this too much work for the foremarms? Thanks, Kev

Just like any other muscle, you have to give your forearms time to rest and recover so that they will grow. IMO if you can't workout cus of an injury, just do what you can(forearms, legs, etc) but don't do them everyday. Just once or 2x a week is plenty. You don't wanna have an imbalanced physique.
