Ok first some stats...19, 5'5" 156 lbs, 9-10% bf...I have been lifting for three years and currently consider myself intermediate and very serious bodybuilder. For those experienced lifters and bodybuilders out there...would a program like max-OT be a good method to try out for an intermediate lifter finishing a bulking stage...I am trying to get another 8-10 lbs of muscle in the next 3-4 months. Anyway, I just feel hesitant to start this program since it doesn't seem very new to me and it seems like it might turn out to be a HUGE advertisement. Anyone get real results with this?
