Hey Guys
In week 6, they give a routine for 3 weeks. Correct me if I am wrong, but this will last till the end of the 12 weeks? After that I can either start cutting, or go on to the 6 month plan? Please advice.

I haven't completed this workout but I am giving it a good review as I may go to this routine after I finish the BOM intermediate program.

Week 6 gives you two plans that allow you to workout at 3 days a week with a day off between workouts ie: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and a workout that is 3 days on and 1 day off then 3 days on and 1 day off, etc. Or you could continue working out 5 days a week. This would be your workouts for weeks 6, 7 and 8. It just gives you a choice as to how you want to set your week up. Week 8 gives you the rest of the 12 week plan.

Bulking or cutting is up to you. You can do whichever you want without changing the lifting part of the program.

I hope this makes some sense to you. OldGuy and vandamme I think are the resident experts here. I hope to tap into their knowledge when/if I start max-ot for myself.

i don't remember the exact details of the original layout. even if you cut I think its a very good choice to do the 6 month program. after you finish regardless of whether your cutting or bulking you should have a good understanding of the principles of the program and can set up your own layouts etc. thats what i've been doing for over 2 yrs.
