Oh, year, thanks for reminding me. I really do that once in a while but don't have it written down so I forget. You're right, it's a great exercise. In this case, however, the reason that I wasn't simply just doing DL's was because I pulled a muscle in my back and was looking for something I could do until it got better. I'm feeling pretty good now so I'm going to go write down that one before I forget... again!
