New here as well.Just a bit of background info;I'm a 30-year old stay-at-home dad/full-time college student(secondary education/exercise science) and training for amateur boxing.Started out with the typical bodybuilder mentality about 16 years ago then transitioned from that into old-school strength training and most recently into what I would loosely call, "functional fitness".
