Hey guys like austintwo I'm also coming from Men's Health forum.
I'm 23 5'8 145lbs, yeah a bit thin however I'm not too skinny. Recently I dropped from 168 lbs (mostly stomach fat) to 140 lbs (abs more defined, althought it's just a 4 pack), I lost the weight slowly in about 10 mths. I've been bulking for about 3 wks now and I've gained about 3 lbs. My goal: 185 lbs lean body mass
I will be starting HST routine on August 9th.
