bottom line...I need someone to help me with a good split/program to give that muscular, yet very defined cover model look. I realize that diet is important also etc...but I need a specific sort of routine I can follow to stay motivated. I'm 6-1, about 175 and have been working out for 2 years, but never consistently. I was thinking of maybe just doing the Body for Life workout for 12 weeks? suggestions?

Why not look at the Cover Model Workout? It should be in a book store near you.

I am also 6' 1" and I weight 190, so at 175 you either a) are already pretty lean or b) you have a higher body fat % and not a lot of muscle. I am going to guess (b) since you are here asking about being more defined, so you need to do a mass building program to add some lean muscle size. Check out HST or Ripped, Rugged and Dense. I have had good luck adding size with both.
