And I though in-flight exercises were resticted to 'seated thin-tummies'. And then
along comes Dave Barton
with a new workout plan.

For $8 passengers will get an elastic band, a squeezable ball and a how-to manual with a workout designed by fitness guru Dave Barton.
I need to remember to bring my sweat band on the next flight

Exactly.
I was hoping I wasn't the only one who had never heard of him.
Sort of looks like Brad Pitt on steroids, with funny pants.

I think he owns a small chain of gyms in NYC and in Miami. I worked out in a David Barton gym at the Delano in South Beach once. Don't know if there is a connection, but seems like too similar to be a coincidence.

At first I thought this has to be a joke....Now I know it isn't.
I think it's a good time to short shares of Delta!

I get my in flight exercise by doing 5 sets of 10 reps: closing tray table and raising seat to full upright position.
If it is too taxing and I get the urge to hurl, there is a handy barf bag available.
