That's pretty cool. Anyone know how accurate it is? It says I'm at 15%, I don't know I just thought I was fatter.

based on my experience with the website, it underestimates your BF by about 4.5% compared to the US Navy Method.

overall, i like the site as it gives a good comparision between your different measurment entries.

I've used mybodycomp in the past....i'm not sure how accurate it is....it gave me a reading of 6.5% which i know isn't correct (was about 10% at the time....measured with calipers as well).
However, I'm not sure if the difference was down to my (possible) errors in taking various measurements.

It's overestimated for me, compared w/ the us navy method. When I started the HGM2004 challenge, mybodycomp said I had something like 27%, when NoMoYoYo's calculations based on the measurements I sent him (taken at the same time as what I input in mbc.com) came out to around 25%.
