I just used mybodycomp.com to calculate my body fat and it said I was at 19.8%. I was pretty dissapointed because I have some slight definition when I flex my abs (line down middle of abs and 4 pack appears like its coming along(but its still covered by fat)

I am worried that because my legs are so much bigger then my upper body it is recording it as fat and the reading is off. Is it possible that the computer is wrong and my BF is lower then 20%?

My legs are 24 inches wide will my chest is 39 inches wide.

I think its more muscle then fat, but this new body fat test i did is pretty distressing.

mybodycomp is very inaccurate. If you have a line down your abs and a 4-pack then your bodyfat at least under 12% or so.

Don't get me wrong-the line and the 'pack' is covered in an inch of fat.

But that is good news that the test is wrong

thanks
