Question

Any one know of any good drink to take before/after Cardio? I'm currently using Countdown for both my Cardio and Strength PWO, but I just don't know what (if any) to use prior to Cardio (or even Strength Training). Obviously I want something that is going to me light in my stoch before going out and running 30-50 minutes so I don't puke. But I also want to be sure I have the energy stores there so I can finish each of my workouts.
Currently I'm trying to follow a Nutrient Timing plan for eating where I consume most of my carbs around the time of my workout (late afternoon for both Cardio and Strength) with my supplement drinks and then have fruit/veggies throughout the day. Basically this lead me with the first 3 meals of the day being P/F and the last 3 as P/C.
So far this has been working great, but I just don't know if I should be having a Pre-Cardio drink or not and what the nutrient makeup should be.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Unhappy

Sorry guys, I didn't realize I posted this in Training. Thought I was in Nutrition. I'll leave it here though.
